This creamy, tangy dressing is perfect on a bed of greens and marries especially well with figs. With a few small tweaks, it also makes a great cucumber dip and a delicious sauce to accompany your raw falafel!  more»

2 tablespoon tahini
2 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon dill

Simply mix ingredients together in a small bowl and serve as desired. (I like it drizzled over fresh greens and chopped figs, hence the photo above). For a richer dressing, add more tahini, for more sweetness, add extra honey, for a thinner dressing  more»
